We’ve had a great year in 2009 and we’re all looking forward to growing Zoufe’s services in 2010. We’ve had a couple of hick-ups but overall we’re so pleased with the quality of service and design we’ve been able to give our clients this year.
Finally, we’d like to thank all those who’ve worked with Zoufe this year and we look forward to continuing with you in 2010!
We have just recieved notification from our technical partner that the ongoing database fault affecting the majority of our mySQL sites has been identified and is being worked upon. Site content should be restored sometime in the near future although a specified length of downtime is not yet available. Once again, we would like to apologise to all our clients and remind you of our exemplary record up until this point.

We are having serious database problems this evening, with all sites on the network down. We are currently working to find the source of the problem and will then work on restoring sites. We apologise for this loss of downtime and hope that the issue can be resolved quickly and effectively.
We will update this Status Blog and our Twitter account with all updates.
After upgrades to our server, provided by our hosting partner, all Zoufe and Zoufe hosted sites are now active. Apologies for the short period of downtime and we hope it is not repeated any time in the near future!

We cannot guarantee we can solve everything - we’re only human - but we’ll try our best. We hope you take advantage of the new service and find it helpful. Any feedback is also very welcome, you can use the same form!
Our hosting partner is currently upgrading their server to improve its performance, speed and reliability. This does mean, however, that Zoufe clients may for a short period over the next week or two experience some site downtime.
This means you will not be able to edit or visit your site during this period. To avoid losing files, please do not attempt to update when the site is experiencing difficulty.
Zoufe would like to apologise for this, but we hope you realise that improvements should be seen afterwards and that the change is beyond our control. We hope to return to our level of 100% uptime very soon after the server change.

We actually cannot believe how much we haven’t blogged here recently, so here’s a new post to let you know whats been going on.
Mostly, we’ve been developing our main website, thats over at www.zoufe.com and now has details of all our products and soon more details of past work we’ve done. Also, we’ve been working behind the scenes of getting a fantastic set-up so that everyone with Zoufe can get brilliant service.

Zoufe.net is now a new home (in addition to Zoufe.com) for all Zoufe hosting services. There is not going to be extended content, but for clients and new customers, this is to be the basis for all our hosting activities.
We look forward to developing further the tools from Zoufe.net with more and more clients.
